Presentation Format

Oral and poster presentations will be delivered as part of the conference technical programme. Further details regarding presentation length and format will be provided to successful authors following abstract review.

  • Title: Maximum 25 words.
  • Presentation type: Oral or poster.
  • Theme: Choose from the options (as listed above)
  • Abstract: Plain text, maximum 250 words.
  • Supporting information: One page document may be included in the submission for figures and references (if applicable).
  • Additional information - topics: If your abstract is relevant to more than one topic area, please include any additional topics. Selecting multiple topics may increase your chances of being considered for an oral presentation.
  • Additional information - Early Career Researchers (ECRs): If you are eligible and would like your abstract to be considered for an oral presentation during the ECR session on Monday 22 March, please tick the relevant box.

Submission Deadlines

Oral abstract submission 13 December 2026.

Poster abstract submission 22 January 2027.

All submitters will be informed of the outcome after review by the organising committee.
